Most elopements fall between 2 to 6 hours of coverage. A simple ceremony with portraits usually needs about 2–3 hours, while multi-location or adventure-style elopements may benefit from more. I’ll help you build a timeline that fits your plans perfectly.

Travel within 40 miles of Ashburn, VA is included. Elopements taking place in the Virginia Beach area are also waived of any travel fees. For longer distances, I’ll provide a custom travel quote based on mileage, accommodations, or special logistics. We’ll go over everything in advance—no surprises.

Destination pricing includes your photography coverage plus travel and lodging, and I’ll help you plan a stress-free experience no matter where you’re headed. Yes! I’ll guide you through picking the perfect location and build a relaxed, meaningful timeline that gives you space to just be present and soak it all in. Whether you want mountain views or a courthouse kiss—I’ve got ideas.
You’ll receive an average of 50–75 hand-edited images per hour of coverage, but I tend to deliver closer to 100+ per hour. Every gallery is delivered online, fully retouched, and ready to download, share, or print.
A 25% retainer is due when you book to reserve your date. The final balance is due one week before your elopement, and we can split it up into convenient installments. Need a customized payment plan? I’m flexible—just reach out.
Life happens! If you need to reschedule due to weather, travel delays, or emergencies, I’ll work with you to find a new date at no additional cost. If you cancel entirely, your retainer is non-refundable but may be applied to a future session in certain cases.
