Some locations—like gardens, historic sites, or private venues—may require entrance fees, photography permits, or other usage costs. These fees are not included in your session package and would be the responsibility of the client. I’m always happy to help research this ahead of time and offer suggestions for beautiful locations that don’t require extra permits if you’d prefer to avoid those additional costs.

I recommend booking at least 4–6 weeks in advance, especially if you’d like to schedule during peak seasons like spring and fall. This gives us time to plan your outfits, location, and vision—and leaves room for rescheduling if weather becomes an issue.

Engagement sessions typically last 60 to 90 minutes, depending on the collection you choose. This gives us time for a variety of locations, poses, and outfit changes if desired.

Yes! With the Grand Collection (90 minutes), you’ll have enough time for an outfit change if you’d like to switch up your look. As for locations, we’ll typically explore multiple settings within the same general area—think nearby gardens, pathways, or architecture that give variety without needing to travel far. If you’re envisioning photos at multiple locations that are farther apart, we can absolutely make that happen with a custom package to allow for additional time and travel. Let’s chat about your vision and we’ll plan accordingly!

We’ll keep a close eye on the forecast in the days leading up to your session. If it looks like poor weather (heavy rain, strong wind, or extreme temps), we’ll reschedule at no additional charge.

That said, if you don’t mind a little drizzle or a moody overcast vibe, I’m always up for embracing it! Some of the most romantic, cinematic images happen when we lean into the elements. I’ll check in with you beforehand so we can decide together what feels best.

I can guarantee your fully edited gallery will be delivered within 2–3 weeks of your session, but I always try to deliver much sooner. You’ll receive a link to a private online gallery where you can download high-res images, order prints, and share with friends and family.

Yes! Your session includes print rights (also known as a print release), so you’re welcome to print your images at the store of your choosing. That said, I highly recommend ordering directly through your online gallery’s built-in storefront. Not only will I be able to oversee the printing process to ensure your photos look exactly how they should, but for a limited time, you’ll also receive exclusive discounts on prints, albums, and wall art ordered through the gallery.
